Pit vertical winding machine for power transformer

Usage:

The pit vertical winding machine is used to make transformer coils. It is especially for power electric transformers.

One or multiple flat wire conductors in parallel are wound on the winding mandrel via the wire dereelers, and then the winding coil is obtained as winding technology.

Usually the machine is used to wind the disc coils on vertical axis. For the pit type vertical winding machine, geological conditions must be good and suitable for pit digging, there is no water leakage.

We can supply all necessary accessories: decoilers, wire clamper, coil lifting device, coil overturning device etc.

We can customize the machine as user’s requirements.
