Winding mandrels for winding machine

Usage:

It is used for horizontal winding machines or vertical winding machines. We can customize as user’s requirements.

It is necessary and important auxiliary part of winding machine; the wires or conductors are wounded on the winding mandrel via a dereeler or several dereelers and then form the transformer coil.

Generally the winding mandrel’s diameter can be adjusted in a range, namely it can be shrunk or expanded with a spanner or electric tool (for big mandrel).

We can supply two kinds of winding mandrels-wood winding mandrels and aluminum alloy winding mandrels (usually for small type winding mandrel).
