Wire winding machine for distribution transformer

Usage:

The wire winding machine is specially designed for winding coils of small and medium distribution transformers, instrument transformers, reactors and similar winding technology.  

It is used to wind transformer’s coils with flat or round wire. After finishing preset turns, winding machine can be stopped automatically and the insulation paper can be wound manually. Total turns, segment turns (stop positions), and wire diameter and deceleration turns can be preset via the touch screen.

It is a very powerful and versatile machine which can wind a wide range of HV coils for distribution transformers using round and rectangular wires.  The machine can perform windings using the full interlayer insulation.
